The Centres include a mix of neighbourhood shopping centres, bulky goods centres, retail arcades and free-standing outlets all located in prime trade areas. Mayfair Village on Manly, a modern neighbourhood centre in bayside Manly, 17km from Brisbane CBD. It is anchored by Woolworths and 20 speciality shops.

Red Hill Homemaker Centre is a dominant centre in Rockhampton, Queensland. It currently services over 100,000 people and is anchored by The Good Guys, BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) and Mayne Furniture.

Newington Marketplace is a neighbourhood shopping centre within the former 2000 Olympic Village and is close proximity to Telstra Stadium. The centre has a very large local work base and is tenanted by Woolworths Supermarket, Petrol Plus and Woolworths Liquor together with a very strong fresh food and dining focus.
