The retail portfolio is domestically based with a value in excess of A$400 Million and a total Gross Lettable Area of well over 100,000 square meters.

The Retail Centres include a mix of neighbourhood and bulky goods centres with the wider retail portfolio including retail arcades, retail complexes and free-standing retail shops all located in prime trade areas on the eastern seaboard.

Typically our retail centres are anchored by major blue chip national tenants whilst incorporating a wide cross-section of high-quality specialty retailers.

Homemaker Centre Alexandria is a 2 level homemaker centre in Alexandria, Sydney accommodating over 22,400 sqm of homemaker space and 700 car spaces. This dual level centre has prominent exposure to O’Riordan St one of the major arterial roads leading from the air port to the City CBD. It also sits along side one of the most progressive growth regions within Sydney being the Master Planned Green Square community precinct. Prominent names in the centre include Bing Lee, The Good Guys, Forty Winks, Sydney Baby Kingdom, Brescia Furniture.

Mayfair Village on Manly, a ultra modern neighbourhood centre located in Brisbane’s Growth corridor of bayside Manly, 17km from Brisbane CBD. It is anchored by Woolworths with over 20 speciality shops including CBA, Flight Centre and Vintage Cellars. Stage 2 of Mayfair was completed 4 years ago with Stage 3 currently being master planned.

Newington Marketplace is a neighbourhood shopping centre within the former 2000 Olympic Village and is close proximity to Telstra Stadium. The centre has a very large local work base and is tenanted by Woolworths Supermarket, Petrol Plus and Woolworths Liquor together with a very strong fresh food and dining focus.

Red Hill Homemaker Centre is a dominant homemaker centre in North Rockhampton, Queensland. It currently services over 100,000 people and includes National tenants BCF (Boating Camping Fishing), Australia Post, RACQ, Beacon Lighting and Mayne ‘Homemakers’Furniture.
