Stephen Seears

Stephen Seears

Chief Financial Controller

Stephen Seears is the CFO for Arkadia Property Services. Stephen has over 30 years experience in accounting and finance within both the retail and property sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from UTS and has been a member of CPA Australia for over twenty years, with the senior designation of Fellow (FCPA). Stephen is also a Justice of the Peace for the state of NSW.
 
Peter-Cortis Jones

Peter-Cortis Jones

General Manager

Peter-Cortis Jones is the General Manager of Arkadia Property Services. Peter also has a portfolio of assets within the group, including the Homemaker Centres amongst other investments. He was previously a Director at CB Richard Ellis, responsible for creating and building a specialist Bulky Goods Management Division within the company. Prior to that Peter held roles with Lend Lease and the Homemaker Retail Group.
 
George Mihailou

George Mihailou

Senior Portfolio Manager

George Mihailou is a Portfolio Manager of Shopping Centre Assets including Clifton Village in Cairns, Eli Waters Shopping Centre in Hervey Bay and Newington Marketplace in Sydney. George also has responsibilities associated with Project and Major Tenant Leasing for the Group including the new shopping centre development at Matraville. George has formerly held Centre Management roles within AMP Capital Investors and Jones Lang LaSalle where he was awarded with the firms nationwide “Shopping Centre Manager of the Year” award in 2004. George also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) degree.
 
Perry Neil

Perry Neil

Portfolio Manager

Perry Neil is a Portfolio Manager of Shopping Centre Assets including Mayfair Village and Westpoint Shopping Centres in Brisbane. Perry also looks after Burleigh HomeSpace on the Gold Coast together with the Retail Arcade in Neutral Bay. Perry’s responsibilities include leasing, management, tenant relations and financial reporting. Perry’s property experience spans across residential, industrial and retail property.

 
Jay Ridgeway

Jay Ridgeway

Assistant Portfolio Manager

Jay Ridgeway is an Assistant Portfolio Manager working together with the General Manager on the management of the retail bulky goods portfolio together with other investments. He has previously held roles with DTZ in London and Sydney and Workman Retail, a UK-based Property Management firm. In each of these roles he gained invaluable experience managing shopping centres, retail bulky goods complexes, factory outlets, and strip shops for a number of clients including some very high-profile investors.

 

 
Joe Adra

Joe Adra

Property Accountant

Joe Adra is the Property Accountant for Arkadia Property Services. Joe is an invaluable member of the group with almost 15 years of accounting experience within the property industry. Joe’s previous experience includes portfolio and trust accounting at Jones Lang LaSalle and Property Accountant for the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. Joe is an invaluable member of the group and holds degrees in Economics and Accounting.

 

 
Bo Searle

Bo Searle

Marketing Manager

Bo Searle is responsible for the development of the annual marketing plan for Arkadia’s Shopping Centre and Homemaker Centre portfolio. Bo oversees all strategic marketing and planning, brand marketing, public relations, market analysis and research, web development and event management. Bo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management and has formerly held senior marketing positions in the Property and Finance industries.

 
Jenny Largosa

Jenny Largosa

Administration Officer

Jenny is the Groups' Administration Officer. Jenny provides the Group with a relentless energy and enthusiasm which is applied to her responsibilities of coordinating office operations and collation of property related procedures. Jenny also handles day to day operations and office duties, as well as handling casual mall leasing enquires for most of our centres.
