Arkadia is a privately owned investment organisation specialising in the ownership, management and development of a diversified property portfolio throughout Australia.
Arkadia's core business and area of expertise is focused in the retail asset class. Today the group has expanded to 15 centres along the East Coast of Australia. The retail portfolio remains domestically based achieving a value in excess of AUD $650 Million with a total Gross Lettable Area well over 150,000 square metres.
The Retail Centres include a mix of neighbourhood and bulky goods centres with the wider retail portfolio including retail arcades, retail complexes and free-standing retail shops all located in prime trade areas on the eastern seaboard. Typically our retail centres are anchored by major blue chip national tenants whilst incorporating a wide cross-section of high-quality specialty retailers.
Arkadia’s other investments also continue to grow benchmarking strong investment returns together with a great cluster of blue chip National Tenants throughout. Major tenants include Primary Health Care, Australia Post, ANZ One Path, Westpac & QR Limited.
